The Rolex Oysterquartz Day-Date 19049 is just like a 19019, but with a bezel fitted with 44 brilliant-cut diamonds. Any 19019 dial can be put on the 19049, however one would probably prefer a diamond dial on a 19049 - especially the pleide dial.
