19148
With that "1" in the middle of the reference number, any Rolex enthusiast knows there's something special behind the number. A 19148 is just like a 19048, but with the "1" comes twelve brilliant-cut diamonds per center link. Rolex calls the bracelet Karat bracelet (yes, karat with a K as in measuring the purity of gold, not with C as in measuring the weight of gems). In total, the watch was delivered crusted with 44 brilliant-cut diamonds on the bezel, 8 brilliant-cut diamonds on the case and 300 brilliant-cut diamonds on the bracelet. Anyone buying a 19148 most likely also put a diamond dial on it.
